Are you a beginner with Web design and hosting or are you an expert?
If you are a beginner with Web hosting you may find yourself up at 5 am in the morning trying to work out a problem with your website. You’ll need some good technical support. You probably need 24-hour technical help. Some web hosting comes with 24-hour tech support. Some does not. Some technical support can be contacted via e-mail. Many web-hosting companies prefer you not to call them on the telephone. These types of companies are not ideal for the beginning web designer. However, if you are an expert at web design you may not need a lot of technical support.
