Make sure the firm as adequate technical support people who are available around the clock. Smart designers know that it’s best to upload files overnight. This allows them shorter tech support queues if they should encounter a problem.

If you feel like the firm isn’t as professional as they should be, look elsewhere. There are so many webhosts on line that there is no reason to compromise or ignore your instincts. Both large and small firms are capable of offering excellent value for your money and you have every right to expect as much.
